It is with great sadness that I announce the separation of Walker Homestead Primitives from Walker Homestead. Kris Casucci has asked for us to move so she can open her own Antiques shop. I wish her nothing but the best success. We have moved our shop and rename our business to Ye Country Mercantile. Our new location will be 17 E Main Street West Brookfield, MA 01585. Re Grand Opening will be Saturday September 29, 2012 10AM-4PM. Please join us as we celebrate this next step in the growth our business. We have been from our basement in West Brookfield to Sturbridge, then to Brookfield at Walker Homestead where I rented space and ran my business for the past 3 years and now back home to West Brookfield. Each step has gained us the experience in providing you, the customer with the greatest products we can find and create. The Simple Treasures from the Past Primitive Goods and Antiques Show was created by me. The show will continue in a different venue with bigger and better things to come. I am currently working on some creative ideas to better the show. Kris Casucci will continue to run an antique show at her place.

Stop on by for our Re- Grand Opening and enjoy the tastes of fall with homemade apple crisp, locally baked apple cider donuts, hot apple cider and refreshing homemade lemonade. The shop will be filled to the brim with antiques and fall primitive decor. visit us at www.yecountrymercantile.com. We will be offering the same great merchandise and service you have come to love. We will be carrying my hand dyed wools, rug hooking and penny rug patterns and supplies, primitive doll patterns, homespun, reproduction fabrics, handmade dolls, primitives, early lighting, reproduction furniture and the best country antiques. Take a peak at our new home as we begin to create a new experience for you. We are starting with a blank palette. Follow our progress and watch the shop transform into a little piece of the past. While visiting us in West Brookfield, plan to spend some time.. Our little quaint town offers a nice selection of county primitive shops and restaurants.
