We would like to thank everyone for attending our 1st bi-annual Antique and Primitive Goods show. Yes the Show was a huge success and everyone enjoyed their experience here at the Homestead so much that we decided to ad a fall show. Fall Simple Treasures September 25, 2010 We opened the Homestead Tavern for a light lunch in the main room of the house. Catered by Lisa Gilman of Haymaker's Grille In West Brookfield. We had over 20 vendors from all across the eastern states. Thank you to all our wonderful vendors who made this show such a success.
We are busy as beavers working hard towards an awesome spring "Celebration" here at the Homestead! May 1, 2010 and May 2, 2010. Our Gardern Shop will re-open with even more Heirloom Plants and Herbs. A wonderful, showing of all the best that we, have to offer at Walker Homestead. The shops will be absolutely FULL of our handmades, Antiques, Furniture, Farbic, Wool, Plants & Herbs! We want our customers to have a unique experience, to feel they have found a little piece of the 18th Century, to sit a spell and to enjoy the peace and quiet of early New England life. Meander through Gardens surrounding the Homestead while sipping on our Homemade Lavender Lemonade, and feeling the warm breezes and aromas of the Gardens.
